Karen Klotz- Owner, Founder and Patient Care Coordinator
Karen was the start of the Virginia Hearing Group family. She has worked with the deaf and hard of hearing for over 35 years. She decided it was time to have her own practice and became the owner of Virginia Hearing Group in November of 2011, where her dedication to helping others with their hearing health would be best served. Most times she will be the voice you hear when you call the office. She enjoys being on the forefront of patient care. Her passion for better hearing is truly what has brought her team together to make Virginia Hearing Group what it is today.

Elaine Webber- Practice Manager | Licensed Hearing Care Provider
Elaine has been with Virginia Hearing Group since early 2013. She is one of our licensed hearing care providers . Elaine also manages the practice. She is cheerful, intelligent and very savvy with technology. If you have a problem with your hearing aid, regardless of where you purchased it, Elaine is able to help with the problem. Our patients love her and trust her with their technology. She has helped people from all walks of life hear like they have never heard before, even those that have worn aids for years. Elaine’s passion for helping her patients is what drives her in her profession. She loves what she does and it shows.

Joe Webber- Marketing Director & Physician Liaison
Joe joined the Virginia Hearing Group family in March of 2016. Our patients grew to love his welcoming presence and enjoy pleasant conversation at our front desk. We quickly realized that his talents were best served in a different capacity. Although our patients dearly love him, his position is now our Marketing Director and Physician Liaison. He has a passion for educating people on the effects of hearing loss which is one of the first steps in the process of our patient’s better hearing.
